Paul will demonstrate simple recipes using these health providing ingredients and teach you how to take out the harmful elements of your diet while retaining intense flavors in your cooking. We will also discuss the potential health benefits of incorporating these items into your diet, such as cancer fighting antioxidants, anti-aging properties, lowering blood pressure, weight loss, lowering risk of heart disease and improving immune functions.
